Job Description Summary:

Schedule: Mon-Fri, No weekend & No Holidays
• Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm. Friday 7:30am – 12:00pm

Join our dedicated OBGYN team and make a meaningful impact in women’s healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in our outpatient office, you’ll provide professional, compassionate care in a supportive environment where collaboration and patient-centered service are at the heart of everything we do. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients across a wide range of visits, from routine checkups to specialized care.

In this role, you’ll play an essential part in coordinating and delivering care alongside Providers and Medical Assistants. Your day will include patient assessments, assisting with procedures, supporting prenatal and gynecological visits, and serving as an advocate and resource for patients navigating their care journey. The team thrives on positive communication, reliability, and strong clinical skills, with a focus on seamless care delivery and quality outcomes.

We are looking for a confident RN who is skilled in nursing fundamentals, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring an excellent patient experience. Experience in OBGYN is a plus, though not required. You’ll enjoy a collaborative environment with supportive leadership and colleagues who are passionate about women’s health.

Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse health care settings.

The RN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

The RN delegates nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

According to department policies and nursing care standards, provides professional nursing care services to patients.

Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care provided to assigned patients.

Responsibilities And Duties:

30% Assessment/Diagnosis
Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual.

30% Outcomes Identification/Planning
Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.

20% Implementation/Evaluation
Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data.

10% Leadership
- Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

10% Operations

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree: NursingBLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing

Additional Job Description:

  • OBGYN or women's health ambulatory experience is a plus!
