Join our collaborative Primary Care & Sports Medicine team in Pickerington, where you will play a key role in supporting patients across all ages and activity levels. As a Registered Nurse on our Primary Care and Sports Medicine team, you’ll play a key role in supporting a diverse patient population while partnering closely with experienced Physicians and clinical staff. In this role, you’ll provide patient care, triage, care gap closure initiatives, patient education, and in-basket support to enhance access and continuity of care. You’ll support both routine primary care visits and non-surgical musculoskeletal needs, including basic procedures such as skin tag removal and more. This is a highly engaged environment where your clinical expertise directly impacts patient experience and clinic flow.

This position offers a blend of independence and teamwork, with a typical orientation of 6–8 weeks and individualized shadowing with our providers to ensure a strong start. You’ll collaborate with 3 Providers and a supportive team of LPNs, MAs, and an athletic trainer, contributing to a fully established and steadily growing patient panel. Our clinicians value strong communication, proactive care, and a positive patient experience, making this a great fit for an RN with primary care knowledge, care gap understanding, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

With no nights or weekends, this role offers excellent work–life balance alongside a culture described as diverse, supportive, and hard-working. You’ll be joining a team of highly tenured Providers who are passionate about developing their sports medicine side and building efficient, patient-centered workflows. For the right nurse, this is an opportunity to step into meaningful autonomy, build strong Provider partnerships, and help shape a developing role within a high-volume, growth-oriented practice.
