About the role
Our corporate practice is a dynamic part of our business. A large number of dual-qualified and multi-lingual lawyers handle complex cross-border transactional work through our international network of offices and correspondent firms that spans 120 countries. Our clients range from large foreign multinationals and regional corporations to fast-growing entrepreneurs and governments. Our corporate lawyers work across multiple offices as one team. This enables us to provide 24 hours services to our clients and gives our lawyers exceptional work experience on cross-border and cross-jurisdictional transactions.
