Ridgeway Post Acute in Petaluma, CA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our NOC shift. Join a facility known for excellent care, strong leadership, and a supportive environment.

🕐 Position Details:

• Shift: NOC (Overnight) 10:30pm to 7:00am

• Status: Full-time

• Starting Pay: $24.00

• Sign on Bonus - $750.00

💼 CNA Responsibilities Include:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Provide mobility support, including repositioning, transferring, and walking assistance

• Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition

• Assist with meals and hydration

• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environments for residents

• Communicate effectively with nurses and team members

• Offer emotional support and companionship, especially important during night shifts
