💼 What You’ll Do

As our new SLP, you’ll:

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and therapy goals.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A heart for patient-centered care and teamwork
