Pay: starting at $50/hour (DOE) | Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

Napa Valley Care Center is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional therapy services to our residents. Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy services as directed by licensed Physical Therapists

  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans

  • Support patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence

  • Document progress and communicate effectively with care teams

  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and exercises

Qualifications:

  • Current California Physical Therapy Assistant license (required)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for patient care and rehabilitation

  • Skilled at motivating and encouraging patients
