About the Role:
Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a per diem basis. This part-time role is ideal for LVNs who are passionate about patient-centered care and looking for flexible scheduling in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs and physicians.

Qualifications:

• CPR certification.
