Pine Creek Care Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team! Whether you’re an experienced COTA or a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying flexibility and a supportive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with Occupational Therapists to carry out treatment plans

• Assist residents in achieving independence with daily living activities

• Provide encouragement, compassion, and support throughout therapy sessions

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and support staff to ensure the highest quality of care

What We’re Looking For:

• Current California COTA license (or in process)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassion, energy, and dedication to resident care
