SUMMARY

The Client Resource Specialist works closely with the Client Success Managers, Recruiters, and Recruiting Management to steam line internal communication between departments.  The Client Resource Specialist will work directly with Recruiting and Client Success departments to determine staffing needs and position requirements. This position will help qualify all job openings received from assigned client facilities and relay such information to the recruiting team through internal methods including, but not limited to, emails, verbal communications, or the job openings report. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as primary coverage for Client Success Managers
  • Provides direct oversight of departmental Teams Channels
  • Serves as subject matter expert for all account type portal systems if applicable
  • Partners with Recruiting Managers to help execute offers over 48 hours
  • Assists with the accuracy and management of CRM system for assigned accounts
  • Assists with processing candidate submittals
  • Performs additional duties as requested by management

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or its equivalent required
  • Two (2) years customer service or sales experience required
  • Consistent track record of exceeding expectations with trustaff required
  • Consistent track record acting as a mentor and demonstrating leadership qualities required
  • Four (4) year degree in business or other related field preferred
  • Prior work experience in the healthcare or staffing environment preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
  • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range

$20.10 - $25.00
