Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and physicians
- Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
- New graduates welcome – mentorship available
