SUMMARY

The Project Manager, Transformation plays a key role in advancing operational excellence within the Ingenovis Health finance function. This role partners with individuals at various levels—including frontline staff and leadership—to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and drive integration in finance, general accounting, payroll and invoicing processes. Reporting to the Senior Director, Transformation, the Project Manager works cross-functionally with teams in finance and operations to ensure alignment, collaboration and execution. The ideal candidate brings over four years of project management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to guide teams, foster accountability, and build momentum toward successful outcomes. Success in this role requires managing projects from initiation through completion: on time and within scope, while maintaining high standards of quality and supporting team engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Project Management & Transformation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and validate transformation opportunities, contributing to planning and implementation efforts.
  • Plan and launch multiple concurrent projects by developing detailed timelines and execution plans aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities by tracking progress, resolving issues, facilitating meetings, and communicating updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Drive projects to successful completion, which may include: gaining buy-in and support; analyzing data; redesigning workflows; applying best demonstrated practices; communicating change management plans; partnering on implementation of changes; and tracking project performance.

2) Relationship Building & Team Engagement

  • Develop internal working relationships across the business to drive engagement and results.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and drive project outcomes.
  • As an individual contributor working across multiple finance teams and company functions, promote collaboration by encouraging knowledge sharing, supporting inclusive communication practices, and contributing to a cohesive team environment.
  • Support the Senior Director, Transformation in strengthening team culture by organizing team-building initiatives, facilitating regular updates across the finance function, and promoting open communication channels that help integrate teams, increase transparency, and reduce functional silos.
     

3) Other Responsibilities

  • Support business leaders by preparing professional communications, documentation, and presentation materials
  • Evaluate overall performance of key strategic processes and functions by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics to enhance data driven decision making (DDDM)
  • Some travel may be required, based on project needs and leadership direction
  • Performs additional operational duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Skilled in building and sustaining professional business relationships
  • Strong group facilitation skills with the ability to drive alignment across levels within finance function and across functions such as operations and other business units
  • Highly efficient in getting to an answer and can help others be more efficient
  • Ability to be creative and use data and informed assumptions to generate business insights and next steps
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements
  • Flexible and adaptable in handling shifting schedules and evolving responsibilities
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic work environments
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and adaptability
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in change management preferred
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TQM, or business process reengineering principles preferred
  • Familiarity with finance, accounting, payroll, or invoicing practices strongly preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
  • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range

$78,600.00 - $98,300.00

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
