Pay: Up to $70 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Help residents regain independence in daily living activities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize patient outcomes

• Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and adaptive strategies

• Document resident progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy techniques and goals

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required

• Strong clinical and organizational skills

• Team-oriented and compassionate approach to care

• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
