We are looking for a full time PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team.
- Full Time - Flexible Schedule - Amazing In-House Rehab Team

Responsibilities:
Provide custom treatment plan, address barriers, assist patients to reach highest level of functional mobility, document daily, work with Rehab Department, etc.
