Pay Range: $55 – $70 per hour - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

What You’ll Do

• Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans

• Help residents regain skills for daily living and independence

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

• Encourage residents every step of the way—you’ll be their biggest cheerleader

What We’re Looking For

• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license in good standing

• Passion for improving the lives of seniors and post-acute residents

• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
