Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents

• Provide direct speech, language, and swallowing therapy

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support overall resident goals

• Document progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy programs and progress

Qualifications

• Current California SLP license required

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but new grads welcome

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
