SUMMARY

The Allied Front Recruiter works collaboratively with the Healthcare Recruiters.  The Allied Front Recruiter helps develop and build relationships, coordinates, and fills staffing opportunities within their respective Healthcare facilities.  The Allied Front Recruiter will help qualify job openings received from assigned client facilities and relay such information to Recruiters through internal methods including, but not limited to, emails, verbal communication, or the job openings report.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Places outgoing calls to potential healthcare professionals for recruiting purposes

  • Screens healthcare professional candidate submittals for accuracy

  • Accurately and thoroughly communicates all assignment details to include pay and benefits to travelers throughout the recruitment process to minimize traveler-initiated cancellations

  • Places qualified candidates with current and new clients nationally, by actively sourcing candidates and maintaining current database

  • Tracks Acceptance and Extensions

  • Builds and fosters professional relationships with travelers while serving as a career counselor and placement advisor throughout their employment with the company

  • Negotiates contract terms with candidates including offers of employment

  • Resolves traveler's employment issues and escalates them as needed

  • Exercises appropriate sales strategies based on traveler's needs

  • Performs additional duties as requested by management

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or its equivalent

  • Work experience in the healthcare, sales or staffing environment, preferred

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

  • Strong customer service, negotiating and interpersonal skills

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must have use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact

  • Must have manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
