Registered Dietitian

Location: South Creek Post Acute – Washington
Compensation: $25 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

South Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the health and wellness of our residents by providing quality nutritional care.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to support resident health goals.

• Monitor and document resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary regulations.

• Provide education and guidance to residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential.

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in the state of Washington.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
