What You'll Do:

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents with kindness and respect.

• Assist with daily tasks like personal hygiene, mobility, and meals to ensure comfort and dignity.

• Keep a watchful eye on the health and well-being of residents, communicating changes to the nursing team.

• Create meaningful connections and provide residents with a sense of warmth, care, and security each day.

What We’re Looking For:

• A current STNA certification and in good standing with the state of Ohio.

• A caring, reliable, and patient individual who loves making a difference.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff.

• Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare is a plus but not required.
