What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

• Assist with daily tasks like personal hygiene, mobility, and meals to maintain dignity and independence.

• Monitor residents’ health and communicate changes to the nursing team.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents, offering a sense of warmth and security each day.

What We’re Looking For:

• A current STNA certification and in good standing with the state of Ohio.

• A caring, dependable individual who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Experience in long-term care or healthcare is a plus but not required.
