What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being.

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with treatments under the direction of the RN.

• Coordinate care with the nursing team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

• Document patient conditions, progress, and interventions accurately and timely.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing compassionate and dignified care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current LPN license in good standing with the state of Ohio.

• A caring, patient, and reliable individual who thrives in a team environment.

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with residents, families, and staff.

• Previous experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
