What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

• Oversee and supervise the nursing team, ensuring optimal patient care.

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and families to ensure the best possible care.

• Document patient progress, care plans, and interventions with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, offering guidance and support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in good standing with the state of Ohio.

• A compassionate and dependable individual with a strong clinical background.

• Leadership skills and the ability to guide and support the nursing team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.

• Prior experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
