IOA is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to join its team in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond neighborhood. Reporting to the director of nursing, the Clinic Registered Nurse offers nursing services, either directly or indirectly, to all participants at the Day Health Center.About Us:
The On Lok Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly at Institute on Aging (On Lok PACE at IOA) is an innovative model of care that is designed to support frail older adults with living- and thriving- in the community for as long as possible. We serve as a primary care team and a health insurance plan, which allows our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate the right care at the right time, and to meet each patient’s unique needs.
