Registered Nurse (RN) – NOC Shift

Pay: $39 – $55 per hour

Are you a skilled and compassionate nurse ready to lead with confidence? We’re looking for a dedicated RN to join our team on the NOC shift.

What You’ll Do

As an RN, you’ll provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising nursing assistants and ensuring that care meets all federal, state, and local standards. You’ll guide your team, maintain accurate documentation, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, families, and staff to deliver the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing assistants during your shift

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and medical staff

• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in care planning

What We’re Looking For

• Current, active RN license in good standing (state requirement)

• CPR certification (required)

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Compassion, patience, and professionalism in all situations
