Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – NOC Shift

Pay: $32 – $45 per hour

We’re looking for a dedicated LPN to join our team on the NOC shift. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you’ll provide direct nursing care to residents while supporting and supervising nursing assistants. You’ll ensure care meets state and federal standards, maintain accurate documentation, administer medications, and work closely with physicians, families, and staff to keep residents safe and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist nursing assistants during your shift

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

• Document resident care and communicate with physicians and families

• Participate in care planning and support quality assurance efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Current, active LPN license in good standing (state requirement)

• CPR certification (required)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassion, patience, and professionalism in all situations
