Position: Full-time & Part-time LPN
Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Ahwatukee Post Acute is expanding! With the completion of our brand-new Behavioral Health Unit in Fall 2025, we are hiring dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to grow your nursing career in a supportive, specialized environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy.

• Observe, assess, and document resident health and behavioral status.

• Lead and support CNAs to ensure quality care and adherence to care plans.

• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in the state of Arizona.

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• CPR/BLS Certification.

• Applicants with behavioral health or SNF experience will be prioritized.

• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
