Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role in a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and lead housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming facility

• Train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members

• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with infection control standards

• Maintain supply inventory and ensure equipment is properly used and maintained

• Collaborate with leadership and nursing staff to meet the needs of residents and families

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in housekeeping/environmental services, preferably in healthcare

• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and lead a team with positivity
