Position Overview:  

We are seeking a dedicated and positive Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Arden Park Post Acute. This full-time position is essential for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility while providing leadership to our housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise housekeeping staff and manage daily operations.

- Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.

- Conduct in-service meetings to train and motivate staff.

- Be present on the floor to assist with cleaning duties as needed.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision is preferred.

- Strong leadership skills with a great attitude and dedication to the role.

- Ability to manage staff effectively and maintain a positive work environment.

- Bilingual is a plus
