Your Day to Day:

• Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, ensuring daily tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets facility standards.

• Schedule and coordinate housekeeping shifts to meet facility needs.

• Train and support housekeeping team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Order and manage housekeeping supplies within budget guidelines.

• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a cohesive working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to motivate and lead a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
