💼 Your Role as a COTA

As a COTA at Las Colinas, you’ll work under the guidance of our licensed Occupational Therapists to:

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions that promote independence and recovery
• Assist residents with therapeutic activities to improve mobility and daily living skills
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Bring creativity, empathy, and energy to every session

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Valid COTA certification and California licensure
• A heart for service and a passion for helping others thrive
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus!
