Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Day Shift
Pay Rate: Starting at $40.00/hour

Your Role

  • Implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist

  • Assist residents with mobility and functional goals through guided therapy sessions

  • Track and document progress accurately and efficiently

  • Provide education to residents and caregivers to support long-term recovery

  • Work collaboratively with rehab and nursing teams to promote optimal outcomes

  • Maintain compliance with state and facility protocols

What We’re Looking For

  • Current California PTA license (required)

  • Current CPR certification

  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a resident-first mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
