We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy program. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative, patient-centered team that values clinical excellence and professional growth.

Rate Range: $50–$55 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT)

  • Accurately document daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes in accordance with PT Board standards

  • Support departmental operations and ensure therapy areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained

  • Collaborate with nursing staff and assist in training Restorative Aides

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members regarding patient progress, concerns, and care plans

  • Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences as needed

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and home exercise routines to support discharge planning

  • Follow facility policies and maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements

  • Report any equipment issues to ensure a safe and efficient therapy environment

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant License (State of California)
