What You’ll Do

• Create and guide personalized treatment plans

• Help residents improve strength, function, and daily living skills

• Track progress and adjust therapy as needed

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team

• Empower residents and families through education and encouragement

What We’re Looking For

• Active Alaska OT license

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
