Pay: $35–$50/hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Carry out personalized treatment plans under the direction of an OT

• Help residents improve daily living and functional skills

• Track progress and celebrate achievements

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on quality care

What We’re Looking For

• Active Alaska COTA license

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
