Pay: $35.00–$43.00 per hour

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team and help patients regain independence, confidence, and function
What You’ll Do
Provide therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist and physician plan of care
Document daily treatments, progress notes, and evaluations accurately and on time
Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure the best outcomes for each patient
Train and support Restorative Aides as needed
Educate patients, families, and staff on care plans and home exercise programs
Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe treatment area
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the State of Washington
Proficient in computer systems such as Casamba and PointClickCare
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care
