We’re currently seeking a Social Services Director to lead our social services department and ensure our residents’ emotional, social, and transitional needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, organize, and oversee social services programs that promote resident independence and dignity.

• Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and families.

• Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and outside agencies.

• Arrange on-site ancillary services and outpatient appointments.

• Supervise resident personal property management, including inventory and lost-item reports.

• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and staff, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Human Services (required)
