What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee the social services department to ensure residents receive emotional, social, and discharge planning support.

• Partner with residents, families, and staff to create care plans that enhance quality of life.

• Build community partnerships and advocate for residents’ rights and well-being.

• Support a resident-centered environment through empathy, communication, and problem solving.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Dependable, caring, and motivated to serve the elderly population.

• Prior social services experience in healthcare or skilled nursing (preferred).

• Degree in Social Work or related field (required).
