As an On-Call RN, you’ll help ensure smooth and safe operations during the PM /NOC shift. You’ll provide oversight, guidance, and support to nursing staff while delivering exceptional care to our residents. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating daily nursing activities and assignments

• Providing hands-on clinical care and monitoring residents’ well-being

• Communicating with families, physicians, and care teams to ensure the best outcomes

• Maintaining accurate documentation and following all regulatory guidelines

• Ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards

Proficiency in PointClickCare (PCC) is a must for success in this role.
