Position: Full-Time Registered Dietitian

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our compassionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the nutritional needs of residents by conducting comprehensive dietary evaluations.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans based on residents' health conditions, preferences, and needs.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive optimal nutritional care.

  • Educate residents, their families, and staff on nutrition-related topics and dietary guidelines.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and make necessary adjustments.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and outcomes.

  • Stay current with nutrition research and best practices to provide the highest level of care.

  • Assist in the development of menu plans that meet the dietary requirements of residents while considering preferences and cultural needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.

  • Current registration as a Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

  • State licensure as a Registered Dietitian in California.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
