Position: Full-Time Registered Dietitian

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the nutritional needs of residents by conducting comprehensive dietary evaluations.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans based on residents' health conditions, preferences, and needs.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive optimal nutritional care.
Educate residents, their families, and staff on nutrition-related topics and dietary guidelines.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and make necessary adjustments.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and outcomes.
Stay current with nutrition research and best practices to provide the highest level of care.
Assist in the development of menu plans that meet the dietary requirements of residents while considering preferences and cultural needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
Current registration as a Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
State licensure as a Registered Dietitian in California.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
