⨠What Youâll Do
As a CNA, youâll play a vital role in supporting our residentsâ daily lives by:
- Providing routine daily nursing care in accordance with care plans
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care)
- Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
- Taking and recording vital signs (TPRs), weights, and food/fluid intake
- Answering call lights promptly and ensuring resident comfort and safety
- Assisting with mobility: lifting, turning, repositioning, and transporting residents
- Supporting admissions, transfers, and discharges with care and professionalism
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation
- Creating a warm, respectful, and positive environment for residents and families
đĄď¸ Your Responsibilities
- Follow all facility policies, safety protocols, and HIPAA guidelines
- Report incidents, concerns, or changes in resident condition immediately
- Use proper identification procedures before providing care or services
- Ensure residentsâ rooms are clean, safe, and welcoming
- Protect resident dignity, privacy, and rights at all times
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary teams

What Weâre Looking For
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt in a fast-paced environment
đ Qualifications
- Minimum of 10th-grade education
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret instructions and procedures
đŞ Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
