Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview

Santa Cruz Post‑Acute is seeking an experienced and compassionate LVN Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and leadership on weekends. This part‑time role is ideal for a licensed vocational nurse who enjoys mentoring staff, ensuring quality care, and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations in a post‑acute setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Provide clinical guidance and assist with resident care as needed

• Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members

• Address and escalate clinical or staffing concerns appropriately

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license in good standing

• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Experience in post‑acute, skilled nursing, or long‑term care strongly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage weekend operations
