Medication Aide – Dublin Post Acute

Dublin Post Acute is currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Aide to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring our residents receive medications safely and accurately while maintaining the highest level of care.

Position: Medication Aide

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Accurately document medication administration in the electronic medical record
• Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly
• Assist nursing staff with resident care as needed
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and facility procedures

Qualifications:

• Current Medication Aide certification (required)
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
