Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Janitor to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a sanitary, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned spaces
• Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Respond promptly to spills and cleanliness concerns to ensure safety
• Follow sanitation, infection control, and safety guidelines
• Support the overall upkeep of the facility as directed

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required—training will be provided
