Your Role & Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Prepare and administer medications accurately as ordered by physicians.
- Documentation: Manage detailed record-keeping for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Care Planning: Review and update resident discharge plans to ensure successful recovery.
- Quality Oversight: Conduct regular rounds to ensure nursing standards are met and protocols are followed.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensure: Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
