Ward Clerk (Part-Time)

White Blossom Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Ward Clerk to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting clinical staff and contributing to quality patient care.

Position Details

• Status: Part-Time 2-3 days

• Pay Rate:

  • $20/hour – with experience

  • $19/hour – without experience

Schedule

• AM Shift:

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Tuesday only)

• PM Shift:

  • 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday to Friday, and Sunday)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the nursing unit

• Answer phones and manage communications

• Maintain and update patient records

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to ensure smooth unit operations

Qualifications

• Previous ward clerk or healthcare administrative experience preferred (not required)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills

• Dependable and professional demeanor
