Position Overview
Delta View Post Acute is seeking a dependable and flexible Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on an on-call basis. This role is ideal for a nurse who values adaptability and is committed to providing high-quality care when coverage is needed. As an on-call LVN, you will step in to support the clinical team, ensure continuity of care, and uphold our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments

• Respond to staffing needs and fill shifts as required, including weekends and holidays

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during assigned shifts

• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical leadership

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license in good standing

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Reliable, responsive, and able to work on short notice
