Your Role & Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized care by observing and reporting residents’ needs and conditions

• Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with daily requests in a friendly manner

• Support nursing staff with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Assist with meal service to ensure residents receive proper nutrition and an enjoyable dining experience

• Act as a key communicator, reporting important updates to the clinical team to maintain resident safety
