Summary
The Talent Acquisition Returning Intern provides advanced, hands-on support to Webber’s Talent Acquisition team by assisting with full-cycle recruiting activities and campus recruiting initiatives. Designed for interns returning to the Webber Internship Program, this role builds on prior experience to offer increased responsibility, exposure to recruiting strategy, and deeper involvement in hiring and employer branding efforts. The intern will gain practical experience supporting the attraction, hiring, and onboarding of future Webber talent.
Regular Job Duties
Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting coordination, including resume review, candidate screening support, interview scheduling, and offer process assistance.
Serve as a peer resource and ambassador to new interns, supporting intern engagement activities and onboarding efforts.
Assist with campus recruiting initiatives, including career fair preparation, university outreach, event logistics, and post‑event follow‑up.
Support internship and early‑career hiring efforts by maintaining candidate records and tracking recruiting activity.
Assist with creation and distribution of recruitment and employer branding materials.
Participate in recruiting projects related to internship programming, returning intern conversions, or process improvement initiatives.
Support communication with candidates and interns in a professional, timely, and service‑oriented manner.
Maintain accurate, organized electronic records while ensuring confidentiality of candidate information.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support recruiting activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (human resources, business, communications, psychology, or a related field preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort interacting with candidates, interns, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
