Job Description:

We are seeking a Human Resources Representative to join our team! This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in entering the field of HR.  This is a large HR department with opportunities for growth.  The individual in this key position will be responsible for onboarding assistance, compliance with state, federal, and Agency policy and procedures.

• Provide high impact customer service to existing and incoming employees
• Create new employee files including but not limited to; uploading, scanning and data entry. 
• Provide support to the HR Business Partner team by maintaining current employee files.
• Provide assistance and support to the HR Onboarding Representatives, HR Office Coordinator and the HR Department as a whole on special projects.
• Troubleshoot and ensure compliance with state, federal and Agency policies and procedures by assisting with the employee file creation as well as maintenance. Assist with compliance projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) to five (5) years Customer Service experience strongly preferred
• Computer proficiency, organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $21-26 hourly

Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm.
