Role Description
You’ll be accountable for leading with clarity, driving outcomes, and elevating team performance across:
Team Leadership & Development
Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of infrastructure consultants and automation engineers
Define career paths, set clear objectives, and lead structured performance reviews
Hire and onboard top talent aligned with SHI’s culture of ownership and innovation
Delivery Excellence
Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences across infrastructure engagements
Oversee execution of onboarding, cross-functional collaboration, and project delivery
Manage escalations and drive resolution with urgency and empathy
Operational Strategy
Develop and implement training plans to ensure technical depth and process discipline
Drive continuous improvement through repeatable frameworks and proactive feedback loops
Own KPIs and SLAs, reporting insights and corrective actions to leadership
Strategic Engagement
Participate in business strategy discussions and represent IDCS in executive forums
Prepare and deliver business reviews highlighting achievements, goals, and growth opportunities
Contribute subject matter expertise to statements of work, templates, and service documentation

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
5+ years leading technical or engineering teams in customer-facing environments
Proven success in delivering complex IT projects and managing relationships with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery models
Ability to travel 20%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $250,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
