OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: GET INSPIRED

Looking for new ways to build upon your experience while networking and making connections?

During the 10 week program you will executive daily responsibilities in addition to managing a detailed business case project from start to finish. You will be conducting your own due diligence and formulating recommendations to present to our executive leadership team—an exciting opportunity to connect with leaders throughout our organization. Your time is an investment, and we want you to gain relevant experience while having a fun Summer. We are committed to providing an environment that allows future talent to prosper in their respective fields.

AREAS OF INTERNSHIP FOCUS:

You will be considered for an internship based on your department preference and degree program. Areas of placements include:

• Operations/Supply Chain
• Brand Marketing
• Women's Merchandising
• Product Development
• Business Strategy
• Sales - Licensing

PROGRAM FEATURES:

• Professional Development Workshops: Outside of your department duties, the program has built out weekly intern events that focus on teaching professional development skills
• Executive Lunch and Learns: You will have the opportunity to interact and learn directly from the experiences of our Executive Leaders
• Networking Opportunities
• Participate in other fun events that align with TravisMathew company values: Adaptability, Collaboration, Curiosity, Empathy, and Ownership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a rising junior or senior actively enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree or a recently graduated student (within six months of starting the program)
• Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
• Access to own housing and transportation to/from the internship site
• Must be able to work onsite in Huntington Beach, CA Monday-Thursday
• Possess unrestricted work authorization within the United States
• At least 18 years of age at the time of application

SUMMER 2025 PROGRAM SCHEDULE

• General Internship Application Deadline: December January 14, 2026
• You will be contacted for a phone interview with HR followed by two leadership interviews for those who qualify
• Summer Program: Monday, June 1st, 2026 - Thursday, August 6th, 2026
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week (8 hours M-Th, 4 hours Fri)
• $21 per hour
